Wallack Management was established in 1978 as a branch of a real estate business that dates back to the 1940's. We are a family owned and operated company based in New York City. Our current management portfolio contains over 55 properties, including cooperatives, condominiums and rental properties that range in size from single-family townhouses to large apartment buildings with over 400 units.

What distinguishes us from other management companies is the "hands on" approach philosophy that tailors our services to the particular needs of the client. We are exceedingly proactive regarding the overall management of all our properties and address both the immediate needs and future requirements of our managed properties. Our management team is directly involved in supporting the Superintendents/Resident Managers and staff members in the buildings all the while working closely with the Owner/Board Members to achieve the operational goals of each property. The principals and agents foster an informal and approachable environment that allows for an unfiltered exchange of information regarding all aspects of building policies, procedures and maintenance. It is our mission to provide unsurpassed service to all of our clients.
